About Tanya

Tanya understands all about navigating career challenges in a fast paced industry. She brings 30 years experience in TV, from freelancing on major shows to working in talent and career development

Her move into coaching was driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact after seeing talented people struggle with burnout, confidence, and career uncertainty.

Now an ICF-accredited Executive Coach, Tanya supports professionals through career challenges and transitions, whether that’s building confidence, stepping into a new role, creating a career roadmap or thriving in current roles.

Alongside her private practice, Tanya works with industry bodies, delivering coaching, masterclasses and training. Her proudest moment - launching a monthly coaching programme for all staff in a major company.

Tanya's approach is practical, grounded, and compassionate, backed by a clear understanding of how careers evolve - within media and outside. Her aim is to equip clients not just with insight but with practical tools and strategies they can use every day to move forward with purpose and clarity.
