Tanya trained as an Executive Professional Coach with a globally accredited organisation, under the supervision of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Her training included completing over 100 hours of coaching over the course of a year followed by an exam.

Her work is governed by the ethical framework of the ICF and Tanya takes regular supervision for her practice.

Alongside coaching individuals within her private practice, Tanya works with partners and organisations to deliver training and coaching, as well as running Power Hour Coaching Days within a large TV company.
