About Tanya
Tanya understands all about navigating challenges at work having spent 20 years producing TV shows within a famously demanding industry.

With a work-life balance that was no longer working for her, Tanya pivoted into a role as a Talent Executive, helping professionals into new roles, providing support through career moves and navigating the tricky bits in between.

Her move into coaching was driven by seeing talented, ambitious people battle with burnout, a breakdown in team dynamics, career shocks and confidence struggles as they found themselves stuck, frustrated, underpromoted or overwhelmed.

Wanting to make a positive impact, Tanya retrained as an ICF Executive Coach, before launching coaching within a large media company and building her own coaching business.

Fast forward a few years, Tanya now focuses on what she does best. Coaching people to overcome work challenges and make their job and career work for them.
